Judges Request Form
To have the OGJA to assign judges to a competition, you must:
send in a completed Judges Request form
send payment of the $10 assigning fee
The Judges Request Form must be received no later than 30 days prior to the competition. If the Judges Request Form is received less than 30 days prior to the competition, you must:
send an additional $10 late fee
If changes are made, after a Judges Request Form is accepted, another Judges Request Form must be completed and a $10 Change fee must be paid.

Make checks payable to OGJA. Please include a copy of the Judges Request form with your payment. Fees must be received before the request is accepted.
