The assigning fee of $3/judge requested should be included with the request form with the check made payable to "NAWGJ Oregon."

Championship Meet Hosts must send official flyer to State Chair prior to sending to attending clubs

Sectional meets- Placements to be awarded to 10 places for AA and Event and Achievment awards to be given to Level 4 and 5

Sectional Awards may be ordered from any provider and is the host clubs financial responsibility

Age Groups for Championship Meets 2007-2008

Level 4: 6-8, 9-10, 11+

Level 5: 7-9, 10-11, 12+ 

Level 6: 7-10, 11-12, 13+
Remember that more than 40 per age group are to be split
Age groups for State:  Level 7 Children 7-11, Jrs 12-13, Sr 15+ 
Any group of 20 or more will be split.
Level 8/9 Jr A 8-11, Jr B 12-13, Sr A 14-15, Sr B 16+  According to R&P the age groups for State for Level 7, 9, and 10 are  
 determined by the last day of the State Meet.  Level 8's are determined by the last day of Regionals, April 23rd.

9.0- 9.475 Blue

8.0- 8.975 Red

7.5- 7.975 White
